REFUND POLICY

At RAW TRESSE' COLLECTION, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of hair extensions and braiding hair, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened hair products for hygiene reasons.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at softspoken94@icloud.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right.
